We originate mortgage loans in the greater Kansas City area. Our specialty is in 1-4 family real estate loans. We originate loans for our own portfolio or to sell in the secondary market.

• Proven sale results – you must be able to provide evidence of successful mortgage loan origination results in 2010 and 2011
• Be licensed or capable of being licensed in the National Loan Officer Registry
• Have knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan products and processes
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Have a 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years experience working as a loan originator in the greater Kansas City area

• We offer a competitive base salary between $25,000 and $30,000 plus incentive based on production
